I laugh out loud seeing this picture. Sure, it happens in Indian subcontinent but not just in India.
That has been disadvantage for India. Everytime something embrassing or shameful act shows up in Internet and if the people are brown skined, everybody thinks it is Indians while it could have been very well, Pakistanis or Bangladesis or Srilankans.
